Lao Cong Ju Duo Zai Dancong
Lao Cong Ju Duo Zai Dancong
Among Feng Huang Dancong teas, Ju duo zai stands out as a delicate and elegant variety, also known as Xing Ren Xiang (Almond Fragrance), and one of the ten classic fragrance profiles. Its name comes from the tiny, saw-toothed leaves, and this particular batch hails from Qiao tou village in the Fun nan area, where the original mother tree is located. The leaves are fine and straight, with a glossy, dark brown hue, and its Yao Qing processing is lighter than most Dancong teas, leaving a subtle greenish tint on the leaf base, with hints of jade and gold at the edges—a soft, captivating sight.
When brewed, the tea yields a clear, bright liquor with a subtle, intricate aroma—an elegant blend of almond and floral notes, gentle but irresistibly alluring. The tea flows smoothly, with a sweet, velvety taste that gradually unfolds almond fragrance in the mouth. The flavor is rich yet refined, with a lingering sweetness that tingles the palate, leaving a long-lasting, pleasant aftertaste. Judoza is unassuming yet profoundly satisfying, with a complexity that invites you to savor its quiet charm again and again.
