Yellow tea in its traditional form is the hardest tea to find in China. Nowadays, shortcuts are taken and most of the yellow teas only have the name of it. In 14 years of supplying fine tea, we can count on one hand the times we were able to find a tea that was meeting our standards.
The very tender leaves deliver a full-bodied tea liquor that is very mellow, a hint of sweetness and aromas that like to balance between flowery and almost cereal like. A very delicate tea!
