Spring Xi Ping Tie Guan Yin

This Tie Guan Yin oolong tea shows light cinnamon color touch because of the medium firing. Shaped not so tightly and of even size, the tea leaves offer a slightly acidic touch with good sweetness. The tea liquor gives aways the traditioal firing aromas durin the first few brews and then gives a lovely flowery and fruity profile with a touch of honey. The tea is smooth with good weight and clean liquor. A very easy one to drink!
