Worldwide Shipping Flat Rate

Jing Tea Shop charges a flat rate of $5.90 for shipping to any country. This rate covers the expenses occurred in the processing your order such as packing and transportation.

Shipping Methods

Jing Tea Shop uses Registered Airmail. Upon request, we can also provide EMS. We will not ship tea using services from UPS, Fedex, or DHL but we may use them for the shipment of Yixing teapot and tea wares.

Estimated Delivery Times

Registered Airmail usually takes 6 to 10 days to reach most countries.

Tracking Orders

To track your order, send us an email to request your tracking number. You will be able to use the tracking number on the website of your post office. However, the package will only appear in the system once it has reached your country.
