At Jing Tea Shop, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products which are inspected carefully before being shipped. We taste all teas and make a point to check every teapot or tea ware. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item, simply contact us by email or via our feedback form within 7 days of delivery of your order. We will then gladly exchange your order, give you a merchandise credit or refund the order upon receiving the complete product back to us. If the local post office cannot deliver the package due to the client's absence, the package goes back to the post office and the postman will leave a notice for the client to go pick it up. If the client fails to pick up the package, the post office will ship back the package to us. In this case, we will refund the order but not the shipping costs.
In an email, indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like a replacement, a merchandise credit or a refund. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for the returned shipping costs. Such inquiries must be made within 7 days of reception of your order.
We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our own error. Broken goods or delivery delays can only be the carrier's responsibility.
